This is the clutch pedal stop tab for a steel funny car bellhousing. The base width of this tab is 15/16" and the thickness is 3/16". The hole size is 3/8" and the height of the center line is 1/2". This part is included in the Alcohol Clutch Pedal Assembly, part # F-900.
